TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance

1.1 By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

1.2 These Terms should be read together with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, available at vicegolf.ae.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its parent, affiliates, agencies and immediate family members of any of the foregoing are not eligible to enter.

2.3 The Promoter may require proof of age, identity and UAE residency (Emirates ID) before releasing a prize.

2.4 Entrants who do not meet these criteria will be disqualified and no prize will be awarded.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion opens at 00:00 (GST) on 20th August 2026 and closes at 23:59 (GST) on 30th September 2026.

3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be entered into the draw.

3.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, corrupted or not received for any reason.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, complete the newsletter sign-up form at vicegolf.ae/campaign/newsletter-campaign with a valid name, email address and any other required details.

4.2 No purchase is necessary and entry is free of charge.

4.3 One entry per person and per email address. Duplicate, automated, bulk or fraudulently generated entries will be disqualified.

4.4 Entrants must provide accurate contact details. The Promoter is not liable for entries that cannot be verified or contacted.

4.5 Entrants who unsubscribe from the newsletter before the draw date remain eligible unless they also request deletion of their entry.

5. The Prize

5.1 There are three (3) prizes available.

5.2 Each prize consists of one (1) box of twelve (12) Vice golf balls per month for twelve (12) consecutive months, with a total approximate retail value of AED 3,000 per winner.

5.3 Each winner may select any box of Vice golf balls available in the UAE range each month, subject to stock availability. Where a selection is unavailable, the Promoter will offer the nearest equivalent.

5.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

5.5 The prize includes delivery to a single UAE address nominated by the winner. Delivery outside the UAE is not available.

5.6 Any monthly instalment not claimed within [30] days of the Promoter's request for a selection may be forfeited.

5.7 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

5.8 Any costs not expressly stated as included are the winner's responsibility.

6. The Draw

6.1 The draw will take place on 30 September 2026 at 18h00 in Dubai.

6.2 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

6.3 The draw will be conducted in the presence of an official of the [Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism / relevant DED], in accordance with the terms of the promotion permit.

6.4 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 Winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter, within [7] days of the draw.

7.2 A winner must respond and confirm acceptance within [14] days of notification.

7.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the period stated, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

7.4 Winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity and to consent to the use of their first name, city and likeness in connection with the Promotion. Winners may decline without forfeiting the prize.

8. Data Protection

8.1 Personal data collected will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection law.

8.2 Data will be used to administer the Promotion, to award prizes and — where consent has been given — to send marketing communications.

8.3 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in any email or by contacting info@vgmesportstrading.com.

8.4 Data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to administer the Promotion or comply with the law.

9. General

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time where required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control or by the regulatory authorities, without liability to entrants.

9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these Terms, tampered with the entry process or acted in a manner that is fraudulent or contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.

9.3 The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9.4 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from all liability in connection with the Promotion.

9.5 In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Arabic versions of these Terms, the Arabic version shall prevail.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of [Dubai].

10.2 The courts of [Dubai] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion
